Let’s tell you our story
We are four Executives who met during the EMBA journey at POLIMI Graduate School of Management.
We decided to get together to present a project for the Innova Europe 2023 Challenge. We were chosen among several proposals as one of the three Italian finalists.
We had decided that, no matter what the outcome of the challenge was, we would dedicate ourselves in implementing and realizing our business project, as “This was the sign we had been looking for”.
Let’s fight food waste and let’s preserve food waste from the salmon production industry.
