The project aims at providing a new brand of upcycled food with high nutritional values at a low cost realized with ingredients made out of by-salmon products, as flour and 3D print-ready form.
Purpose
The redesign salmon supply chain reducing food waste is targeted, improving nutrition and food security positioning our offer in the low-cost range.
High nutrition functional food can be produced.
Our Planet is key and we do implement a Circular Economy business idea to the salmon production industry lowering the overall low carbon foot print.
We supply high protein food to alimentary insecure populations.
